Very Tasty Nourishing Snacks You Can Try Fixing Yourself
If you want a bot, what's the food that you grab first? Fries and candy? What if you want be healthy? Finding yummy and nourishing snacks can be a huge challenge, particularly if the foods you like best for snacking are high in sugar or salt. In this article, you'll learn how you can make your own hearty snacks to satisfy all of those cravings. All of the snacks talked about in this article are snacks you can eat even when you are trying to watch your weight and diet. Skeptical? Go on reading!

weight loss by hypnosis ...Dipped Pretzels are a delectable and healthy snack that you can consume that won't make you feel like you are repressing yourself in taste or calories. Melt half a cup of semi sweet chocolate on the stove until it's melted. This will take between 1.5 and 2 minutes and make sure that you stir it up really well before trying to use it. Dip low-sodium pretzels in the chocolate until they are coated and then lay them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Cool them at room temperature for roughly one hour or in the refrigerator for twenty minutes.

Tasty Tortilla Chips are a snack that you can make all by yourself at home...really! Tortilla chips, when you buy them from the grocery store, are ordinarily loaded down with an excessive amount of salt and aren't really very good for you. In this snack, you whip the chips yourself using corn tortillas. Cut about ten corn tortillas in 6 parts. Set your cut up pieces onto a baking sheet and spray them lightly with a spray you can put together yourself by blending canola oil and a quarter of a teaspoon of chili powder, half a teaspoon of cumin and a quarter of a teaspoon of salt. Be sure each piece is coated with the mixture and then bake the lot at 350 degrees for fifteen minutes. Give the tortilla chips time to cool down before you eat them.

Fix your own caramel corn! You may be thinking that caramel corn is a snack you simply can't eat because of the very high sugar and calorie count. Use this healthy recipe instead; it's terrific for you. Use a large stock pot and melt two tablespoons of butter at the bottom of it and then stir in two tablespoons of brown sugar, a tablespoon of water and a fourth of a teaspoon of kosher salt. Use a whisk to mix all the ingredients and then add approximately seven cups of air popped popcorn. You can even add in a bit of lightly salted peanuts if you like. Mix all the ingredients together until the popcorn (and nuts if you've included them) are well coated and then let the whole lot cool before you try eating it.

If you are fine doing some research, you can find lots of snack recipes that are nourishing and good for you and that also have not so many calories or terrible ingredients. There are a lot of great tasting choices for healthy snacks out there. You just have to be persevering enough to find them and prepare them yourself. Trying to be healthy doesn't have to be difficult. Your health is in your hands!
