You must try and get fruit and vegetables in your diet because they're healthy for you. Your body needs the vegetables' and fruits' minerals and vitamins. Every day you should try to eat at least 5 servings of fruit or vegetables. Suck on an orange. Carve up an apple. Peel a banana. Cook up some broccoli or green beans. It's up to you. What could be more painless than that?

It's essential to take in your meals very slowly because it can take your brain more or less 20 minutes to realize you're full up. We've all been there; we consume a big platter of food, a meal onto itself, but we're not at all full so we find something more to eat. The next thing we know we're feeling very, very bloated. Always settle in, appreciate your surroundings and enjoy your meal at a nice, easy pace.
